Our shop balancing services:

• Single plane (static) vertical balancing service with vertical drill press capabilities, using American Hoffman hard bearing balancing machines and Balance Research soft bearing machines with weight capacity of .5 lbs to 500 lb
• Two-plane (dynamic) horizontal balancing service with weight capacities .1 lbs to 20,000 lbs, maximum length of 300 inches utilizing American Hoffman and Dynamics Research equipment both hard and soft bearing balancing equipment
• Tool Holder Balancing Services with capacities of 2 lbs to 40 lbs that include CAT 30, 40, and 50 and HSK

All of our machines are calibrated and ISO certified on an annual basis by an outside service provider to avoid any potential thoughts of impropriety.   We have the ability to run part up to 300 inches long. Our production staff is capable 1 off parts to lots of 1,000.  Industry standard tolerances achieved to ISO, ANSI, API, or any customer specification.
